Vetex n cooperation with Centexbel, Vetex has developed reusable medical laminates. The medical laminates can be divided into surgical gowns and drapes. The gowns are worn by surgical staff while the drapes are laid on the patient around the zone where the invasive surgery takes place so as to prevent infections. The development of the medical laminates was a major challenge in view of the numerous demands the fabric had to meet: ? water vapour permeability (breathable textile) ? Resistant to industrial washing and sterilisation ? WDA approved ? Certified following (EN 13795) We can help to supply high quality medical laminates to cut & sew companies who are making reusables gowns and draps.
We are an external knitwear production company founded in 1975 with large production capacities of both knitwear and fabric items. Within our company we have a SHIMA-SEIKI latest generation electronic machine park for a total of 23, machine programmers and high quality operators. We also have the possibility to close the entire production process within our company including finishing and punching down. The company expands to a site of approximately 2800 square meters owned by 21 employees and 4 working partners. We are also available for a partial transformation of the working activity also having in the company a Cad Cam system complete with Gerber Plotter almost new and free from commitments. A member of the company is particularly interested in producing articles for PPD, so much so that we started with simple facial masks for a month already, both with simple fabrics and TNT and woven using the latest generation SHIMA-SEIKI rectilinear machines that we have in the company . He has a particular interest in transforming part of the productivity for PPE products.
