Starting out, HomeActions appears as the best-in-class, customized e-newsletter. The bi-weekly system delivers lead-generating “Conversation Starters” through its hyper-local content, widgets and predictive metrics. Email addresses that are entered into the agent’s HomeActions dashboard become exclusive to that agent. HomeActions will not be available to competing brokerages for a designated period.
