With the new app, Skin Laundry customers can now check-in from the parking lot or upon entering clinic doors through geofencing technology – no need to interact with front-desk staff. Service providers receive an immediate notification of their arrival, reducing customers waiting in the clinic reception. During visits, Skin Laundry service providers can revise customer invoices to add upgrades from using their employee-facing mobile app. At check-out, customers avoid commonly touched POS equipment and pay, rate, and rebook from the convenience of their mobile devices. Staff members receive immediate payment confirmation notifications.
